Slutty Girl (not sure where the nickname came from, but it fits) is a light blonde with feathered hair (almost exactly as per Farrah Fawcett on Charlie's Angels) reaching to her shoulder blades. She wears a cross on a neck chain, a fire-engine red tank top with a low-cut V-neck to emphasize her bust, white short-shorts with a ragged hem (allowing for a bare midriff), a gray beeper or cell phone hooked to her shorts, fishnet stockings, and high heels with straps. She is shown carrying a purse in the MTV line art, but not in "This Year's Model." The overall effect is quite trashy.
So far as is known, Slutty Girl appears only in "This Year's Model." She is notorious for claiming to have been Kevin Thompson's "first."
