Priscilla is quite tall, towering over a number of her classmates. It is guessed that she may be about 5'10". Her attitude is best described as humorless and proper. She typically wears tan slacks, a pastel aquamarine blouse buttoned up to the neck, and a long-sleeved button-down gray or blue-gray sweater. Her medium-length brown hair has a long bob style with fringe bangs across her forehead; a decorative barrette can be seen in her hair on her upper right side.

Priscilla's most significant moment in the TV series comes right at the start in "Esteemsters," when she glares at Daria for making a snarky comment, then sidesteps away from her.
Do not confuse this character with the original character named Priscilla Henry.

Priscilla's only fanfiction appearance so far was in Ostragoth's "Estrangesters," in which she met an unpleasant fate at the hands of alien kidnappers. Her name (used in that story) was derived from her dour, prissy appearance in "Esteemsters."

1. New students at Lawndale High face Ms. Li during their tour of the school in "Esteemsters." Priscilla is on the far left. Also visible in the group are Daria, Quinn, Scarlett and V-Neck. Shaggy is at the rear of the group, unseen here.
2. "Esteemsters": Priscilla decides that Daria is too weird for her tastes, and a moment later steps away from her.
3. "The Invitation": In the background behind Brittany, Priscilla can be seen at the party talking to Hot Shades.
4. The Daria Database shows Priscilla hard at work on a test or other classwork, apparently in Mr. DeMartino's history class. This seating arrangement does not match anything seen in the TV series. Josh is in front of her.
5. An uncomfortable moment in "The Lawndale File" when Daria and Jane are singled out by Upchuck, of all people, as "the mind control babes from space." Priscilla, who can barely be seen behind the amplifiers and speakers, again glares in Daria's direction. Mr. O'Neill was about to give a solo performance as Karl Marx.
