Butt-head 2 is a long-faced student in some of Quinn's classes. He usually wears a gray or mauve short-sleeve button-down shirt, worn outside his long teal pants, and dark heavy shoes or boots. An amber or greenish T-shirt is visible under his other shirt at the neck and sleeves. His long uncombed hair is dark brown. Butt-head 2's voice is a deep bass.
Butt-head 2 gained his nickname from an unfortunate and doubtless unintentional resemblance (albeit slight) to Butt-head of the Beavis and Butt-head show. He luckily does not have the same mannerisms as his namesake, except in one instance ("Too Cute"). When Quinn approached him and asked for money so she could get cosmetic surgery, he and his friend, Jackass, laughed at her in a manner that brought to mind the dysfunctional duo from Highland, Texas. Butt-head 2's laugh is especially like the original Butt-head's. Daria's reaction to seeing Butt-head 2 can only be guessed; to her, he might not look like Butt-head at all.
Despite his laugh, Butt-head 2 appears to be smarter than his Highland counterpart. In "Lucky Strike," Butt-head 2 is shown to have reached 11th grade, and he smiles when he gets a graded paper back from Daria.

Butt-head 2 reacts in surprise when Quinn gets a history question right, at the end of Is It Fall Yet? He is in Mr. DeMartino's class with Quinn, at the start of their junior year.
Sitting in the front row of Mr. O'Neill's class, Butt-head 2 expresses surprise to see Daria as the teacher ("Lucky Strike").
